Clothing Loan Agreement

The agreement term starts once the order is placed and an itemised email has been sent.

C L O T H I N G L O A N A G R E E M E N T
1. L O A N E D I T E M S
Designer agrees to loan Latex Peach clothing items ("Items") to Client for the purpose of a
photoshoot. All items and their trade price will be confirmed in a final agreement email.
2 . L O A N P E R I O D
• The period of lending begins when garments are collected by you or courier you have arranged
to pick up, or when reciept of delivery has been recieved.
• The period of lending ends when everything is returned.
• Any extension of the lending period must be pre-agreed. Please communicate if your return date
or time is postponed.
• Your request might not be accommodated if samples are already booked for further loans.
3 . C O N D I T I O N & C A R E
• Client agrees to handle all Items with care, ensuring they are not damaged, stained, or altered in
any way.
• Rips and tears are fairly common in latex, please return the items and let me know.
• Items should be kept in a clean environment when not in use. Please use the bag it comes in.
4 . R E T U R N O F I T E M S
• Client shall return all Items in the same condition they were received by the agreed return date.
• Items should be clean and packaged appropriately for return. Please ship with TRACKING. in-store
drop offs are also possible.
5 . L O S S O R D A M A G E
• Client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Items. In such cases, Client agrees to
reimburse Designer for repair or replacement at trade value.
• I will assess the charges in our absolute and unfettered discretion and my decision will be final and
binding.
7 . L I A B I L I T Y
Designer is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or other issues arising from the use of the Items
by the Client or models. Please check for LATEX ALLERGY.
8 . A G R E E M E N T A C C E P T A N C E
By placng this order, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above. An email
will follow with final confirmation of items.
6 . U S A G E R I G H T S
• Client and Designer agrees to credit each other in any publications, social media posts, or other
uses where the Items appear. @latexpeach on all social media platforms.
• Published images must be shared with Designer on a day of publication/release.
• The photographer always has the rights to final images.
• In most cases, all images are digital and can only be used with digital rights.
• Any printed images must be agreed upon before printing.
• Images may be used on latexpeach wesbite if agreed by everyone.
