All items bought online are Made-to-Order. The making time does not reflect the shipment time. 

Shipping Methods:

PostNL Tracked: This option provides tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your parcel.

Discreet Packaging:

We understand the importance of your privacy. We ship all parcels in a plain bubble envelope or box. The address of the business must be posted on the label, therefore you will see the registered business name "Leanne Jane"

Overseas Shipments (Non EU):

For shipments to overseas destinations, customs regulations require a declaration of the item's nature. Therefore, the item description on customs forms will be listed as "fashion clothing" to comply with customs requirements.

The responsibility for any applicable local import duties and taxes rests with the customer. Please be advised that our parcels are required to be declared accurately and cannot be sent as gifts. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these regulations to ensure a professional and compliant shipping process.
