1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the "Win Your Order Back" promotion (the "Promotion") organized by Latex Peach (www.latexpeach.com), hereafter referred to as "the Organizer."

1.2 By entering the code GFB2026 at checkout, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 This promotion is organized in accordance with the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

2.2 Employees of Latex Peach are excluded from participation.

2.3 Participation is valid for orders placed globally via www.latexpeach.com between 13 May 2026 (00:00 CET) and 31 May 2026 (23:59 CET)

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, the participant must place an order on www.latexpeach.com during the Promotion Period and apply the discount code GFB2026 at checkout.

3.2 Use of the code acts as your official entry into the draw.

3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple orders using the code will be treated as a single entry based on the first order placed.

4. The Prize

4.1 The prize consists of a refund of the purchase price of the winning order, including shipping costs, up to a maximum total value of €500.

4.2 The refund will be processed via the original payment method used by the winner.

4.3 There will be 1 winner selected from all valid entries.

4.4 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 The winner(s) will be selected at random using an impartial automated tool.

5.2 The draw will take place within 7 days after the promotion ends.

5.3 The winner will be notified via the email address provided during checkout.

5.4 If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Personal data collected during this promotion will only be used for the execution of the promotion and the delivery of the prize, in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

6.2 With your permission, we may announce the winner on our social media channels.
